Export terms
Terms & Conditions for China sourcing orders
These terms explain how shipping quotations, quotation validity, and shipping estimates work for orders sourced from China to Botswana, South Africa, and other countries. Listed product prices are separate from destination shipping costs.

Operational clauses
How quotations, freight, and claims work
Quotation validity and rates
Shipping rates are calculated from destination logistics and carrier availability. They are never treated as final until a confirmed quotation is issued. Quotations remain valid only for the period stated in the written confirmation.
Air and sea cargo
Air and sea cargo follow different transit expectations. Weight brackets and destination determine the applicable rate, and transit times are indicative rather than guaranteed.
Inspection and consolidation
Consolidated cargo is inspected in China before packaging and dispatch. Inspection records support freight verification and any claims raised after arrival.
Payment after confirmation
No online payment is taken. Payment protocols apply only after a confirmed quotation is accepted in writing. Customers are responsible for destination customs duties and taxes where they apply.
Claims and admin-managed rates
Claims must be raised with supporting order records and inspection details. Shipping rates in BWP, ZAR, and USD are set manually through the secure admin dashboard, and any destination without a set rate is quoted by WhatsApp.
